Keisuke Takehana is a specially appointed assistant professor in Space Infrastructure Engineering Laboratory at Tohoku University. His research interests include planetary exploration robots and uneven terrain mobile robots. His main research area is terramechanics. He conducts experimental research that contributes to the development of wheeled locomotion mechanisms, wheel design, performance evaluation, and driving control.
